“And They Want To Build Another Hotel?”
Hotel occupancy rates in Delaware began falling in April and by December, the year-over-year drop was 4.6 percent, according to Smith Travel Research. Striking back against low early-year occupancy rates, 30 hotels in Delaware are offering two nights for the price of one.
