Dewey to fix town hall building

From Delmarvanow.com Jan. 29, 2012 DEWEY BEACH — The town has a $20,000 plan in motion to repair poor duct work and combat mold in its town hall building. Acting Town Manager Bill Brown said the mold is located on the building’s north wall, where the town manager and alderman’s offices are.

Audit: Dewey should receive thousands

Town owed $35,000 in revenue from some rental property owners DEWEY BEACH — A recent audit of 51 rental properties showed that the town should be receiving an additional $35,000 in revenue from rental property owners who neglected to pay business license fees or accommodations taxes on their properties.
