DEWEY: Abiding Open-Meetings Law, Council Postpones Ruddertowne Reckoning

The planning commission voted Friday to recommend that the council members reject an ordinance allowing developers to build a luxury resort at Ruddertowne nearly twice the height of Dewey¹s current 35-foot limit for new construction.
