Dewey Commission Reviews Ruddertowne Ordinance Town Council Unable To Voice Its Opinion

While the Dewey Beach Planning and Zoning Commission was able to meet a tight deadline for reviewing a proposed ordinance rezoning the landmark Ruddertowne complex, the Town Council was not allowed to have a final say on it Saturday as planned.
