At Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning workshop, Harvey Hanna and Associates, (HHA) distributed the following letter to members of the P and Z Commission and to Town Commissioners. Please read it for yourself and determine whether it sounds like they are threatening a lawsuit if the Town doesn’t give them what they want… that is certainly how the Commissioners interpreted it.
